- Coordinate the sales process between customers and the Customer Service Team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services.
- Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams to streamline service delivery.
Reseller Account Management
- Manage and support resellers by handling new sign-ups, relocations and conversions.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of reseller orders and account modifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Office Administration
- Handle general office administration tasks, including sending out contracts, quotations and relevant service documentation to customers.
- Ensure all records, including sales leads, communications and sales contracts are accurately documented.
Sales Follow-Up
- Follow up on sales leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain an organised pipeline of leads, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Hardware Sales & Upselling
- Proactively promote and upsell hardware to customers.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue through hardware sales, ensuring customers are aware of the full range of products available.
- Collaborate with technical, customer service and administrative departments to resolve technical issues and address customer queries.
Collaboration with Other Departments
- Ensure seamless communication between departments to facilitate the resolution of any problems that may arise during the sales or service delivery process.
Ad-Hoc Duties
- Perform any additional duties as required by the company, including assisting with special projects or promotional campaigns.
