Job Overview

As an Office Cleaner at Level-7 Internet, you will maintain a clean, sanitary and organised work environment for all employees in our office space. You will be responsible for cleaning office spaces, restrooms, meeting rooms, kitchen areas and other common areas. You will play a key role in ensuring a comfortable and professional workspace for all staff and visitors.

Qualifications & Skills

Education, Certifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in cleaning work, ideally in an office environment.
  • Familiarity with cleaning equipment, products and procedures.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning standards.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic understanding of safety and hygiene practices in the workplace.
  • Good physical stamina, as the role requires standing, bending, and lifting regularly.
  • Reliability and punctuality, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness in the office.
  • Discretion and professionalism, especially when cleaning sensitive areas or handling confidential items.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication skills to report any issues or needs to management.

Key Responsibilities

General Office Cleaning

  • Clean and sanitise office spaces, including desks, chairs and office equipment.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and dust all areas of the office, including hallways, staircases, workstations and common areas.
  • Empty and clean dustbins, ensuring proper disposal of waste.
  • Clean glass surfaces.
  • Maintain cleanliness in reception and visitor areas, keeping these areas neat and inviting.

Restroom Cleaning

  • Clean and sanitise restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies (e.g. toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels etc.)
  • Wipe down and disinfect basins, countertops, toilets, mirrors and other fixtures.
  • Dispose of sanitary waste as required.

Kitchen & Canteen Maintenance

  • Clean and sanitise kitchen countertops, sinks, appliances (e.g. microwaves, refrigerators, toasters etc.) and seating areas.
  • Ensure that kitchen items are washed and properly stored throughout the day.
  • Discard expired food items from fridges.

Inventory & Supply Management

  • Monitor the stock of cleaning supplies and groceries and report shortages or need for replenishment.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of cleaning products and equipment, ensuring safety and compliance with health and safety standards.

Special Requests

  • Address any special cleaning requests from Management, including periodic deep cleaning tasks or assistance with office events.
  • Assist with the setting up or tidying up of meeting rooms as required.

Ad-Hoc Duties

  • Assist with any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company.
