Job Overview
As the Marketing Manager at Level-7 Internet, you will be responsible for developing, executing and optimising marketing strategies to drive growth, brand awareness and customer acquisition. You will oversee both digital and traditional advertising efforts, including Google AdWords, Facebook Meta campaigns, and above-the-line media such as TV, radio and print advertising.
This role is open to candidates of all backgrounds and abilities.
Qualifications & Skills
Education, Certifications & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within the ISP, telecommunications, or technology industry.
- Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns (Google AdWords, Facebook Meta, SEO/SEM, etc.) and traditional advertising channels (TV, radio, print).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms, including Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, SEO, SEM, and analytics tools.
- Experience managing and optimising advertising budgets for maximum return on investment.
- Solid understanding of above-the-line media strategies, including TV, radio, and print advertising.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret marketing metrics and adjust strategies.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messaging for various audiences.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development & Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives, drive growth and enhance brand awareness.
- Identify key market opportunities, customer segments and competitive differentiators to inform strategic decisions.
- Work closely with management and directors to define and communicate the company’s marketing goals and priorities.
Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Manage and optimise advertising budgets across digital platforms, ensuring maximum ROI and cost-effectiveness.
- Create and oversee Google AdWords campaigns, including targeting, bidding strategies and creative development, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business goals/
- Develop and manage Facebook Meta campaigns, including targeting, bidding and content creation to drive customer engagement and conversions.
- Continuously analyse and optimise digital campaigns for performance, making data-driven decisions and adjustments to improve outcomes
- Implement and monitor SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility and website traffic.
Traditional & Above-the-Line Media
- Implement and manage traditional marketing strategies and above-the-line media campaigns, including TV, radio and print advertising.
- Collaborate with external agencies to plan and execute media buys that align with the company’s marketing objectives.
- Oversee the creative process for traditional campaigns, ensuring the messaging is consistent with the brand’s identity and resonates with the target audience.
- Track the effectiveness of traditional advertising campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly to optimise impact.
- Analyse the performance of all marketing campaigns, generating insights to evaluate effectiveness and areas for improvement.
Campaign Analysis & Reporting
- Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as ROI, conversion rates and customer acquisition costs.
- Use data and insights to make recommendations for future marketing efforts and continuously refine strategies.
Industry Trends & Innovation
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms and new technologies to keep marketing efforts cutting-edge and competitive.
- Evaluate new marketing tools and platforms, making recommendations for their adoption to improve campaign performance and reach.
- Keep a pulse on competitor marketing efforts and market dynamics, using this knowledge to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, to ensure marketing strategies align with overall company objectives.
- Work closely with external design teams to ensure creative assets are of high quality, on-brand, and effective in driving engagement
- Provide marketing support for internal teams, such as promotions, and other business initiatives.
Ad-Hoc Duties
- Perform any other marketing-related tasks or ad-hoc duties as required by the company, including but not limited to:
- supporting management in strategic planning and the execution of larger organizational initiatives.
